1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bad33" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the bad33 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bad33.io and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service available through the bad33 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account held by a Player on bad33, which enables access to betting, casino games, and payment services.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's bad33 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on any sportsbook market or casino game available on bad33.

• "Intellectual Property" refers to all trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, written content, data, and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to bad33.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on bad33, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bad33 platform or any part of its Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the bad33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: (a) creating a bad33 account; (b) accessing the platform after these Terms have been published; (c) making a deposit; or (d) placing any bet or casino wager. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bad33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever material changes are made.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, access any Service, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager on bad33. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bad33 will request documentary proof of age at any time and will suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 21, with any associated balance subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Geographical Eligibility

The bad33 platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bad33 Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. bad33 makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in jurisdictions other than those it expressly serves.

3.3 Capacity

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, are not eligible to hold an active bad33 account for the duration of that exclusion period.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bad33. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. bad33 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, bad33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold any balances pending a compliance review.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and at any subsequent point when requested by bad33. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bad33 is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other valid photo identification; proof of residential address; and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bad33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bad33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. bad33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account whilst you are logged in — whether by you or any unauthorised party — is your responsibility. You must notify bad33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bad33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bad33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the bad33 account holder.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bad33 reserves the right to apply additional review procedures to deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds in line with its compliance obligations.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's bad33 balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. bad33 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, banking institution, or any third-party payment processor.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method and account registered in the same name as the bad33 account. Before processing any withdrawal, bad33 may require the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. bad33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on bad33 are expressed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on bad33 are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all details of a bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. bad33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in the specific sport or event rules applicable at the time.

6.2 Odds and Market Availability

bad33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any betting market at any time without notice. Odds on pre-match and in-play markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — no retrospective adjustment is made in the Player's favour except where an obvious technical error has occurred.

6.3 Cricket Markets

bad33 offers extensive cricket betting markets including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and all Bangladesh national team fixtures. Specific settlement rules for cricket markets — including rain interruptions, reduced-over matches, and abandoned fixtures — are published in bad33's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.4 Void Bets

bad33 reserves the right to declare any bet void where: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; (c) there is evidence that the result was manipulated or the market was subject to irregular betting patterns; or (d) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Void bets are settled at the original stake, with the stake returned to the Player's balance.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Game Providers

bad33 offers casino games sourced from leading third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe, among others. All games in the bad33 library are provided by studios whose random number generator (RNG) software is independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. 7.2 Live Casino

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes offered by bad33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (typically live casino or low-margin sports markets) may not contribute fully towards wagering requirement completion.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

bad33 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent; and colluding with other Players to misuse promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, bad33 reserves the right to: void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings; close the Player's account; and withhold any real-money balance pending a compliance review.

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bad33 reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms as they stood at the point of opt-in, except where modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bad33 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling bad33 to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any associated balance:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or using a payment method belonging to a third party without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on any event or market where you hold insider knowledge not available to the general public.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs in any game or betting system for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the bad33 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bad33 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your bad33 account or use your credentials to place bets or play casino games.
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any other game format to gain an advantage at the expense of other participants or the house.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bad33 platform — including but not limited to the bad33 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, data compilations, and all other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of bad33 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bad33 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any part of the bad33 intellectual property without prior written consent from bad33.

11 Privacy & Data

bad33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at bad33.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

bad33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bad33 platform. bad33 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or in the course of standard platform operation.

12 Responsible Gaming

bad33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bad33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Amendments

bad33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bad33 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and will, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to active Players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bad33 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the English-language support team.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bad33 platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by bad33, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
